Pudding

Pudding
Ingredient:
1.      12 eggs
2.      2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
3.      Sugar
4.      Water
How to make it:
1.      Caramel:
·         Put sugar into pan, heat until sugar smelt, then add warm water, stir carefully.
·         Put enough caramel on the bottom’s mould and rub it in.
2.      Pudding:
·         Stir lightly 12 eggs in a large bowl, then filter out yolk egg by using a sieve.(1)
·         2 cans of sweetened condensed milk + 4 cans of water, stir steadily.(2)
·         Pour (1) into (2) go through a sieve, stir slightly, then pour this mixture into mould.
·         Steam mould about 60 – 75 minutes.
